this is an EXPLOIT SCRIPT, which means you need an EXECUTOR to run it. for tutorials search on youtube how to get started on exploiting.

this is common on some low end devices. here's the truth: your playing is only laggy on YOUR SIDE.

other people with compatible devices will hear the piano normally (this has been tested). i suggest using Visual Pianos, Tac's Piano Stuff, or Piano Rooms for the best piano sound. games like Piano Keyboard V1.1 are known to have choppy and laggy sounds.

although, another issue could simply be that you have a low FPS.

I recommend nanomidi.net or you can use a musescore to midi converter.

this usually occurs on mobile, so use firefox. its a browser issue.

  • 1. make sure your file is a MIDI (.mid or .midi) file, not a mp3 or wav.
  • 2. if you're sure your file is a .mid file and it's still not converting, run this test:
download the midi file below and try turning that into an autoplay script via MIDI2LUA. if it works, then the issue is most likely that your old midi file was corrupted or broken.
  • download test midi file

if it doesn't work, then you're kind of out of luck. you can ask someone else to make the song for you in #song-request channel on the discord server.

here are the solutions:

  • solution 1: make sure your midi file is PIANO ONLY.
  • solution 2: if you have midi88/velocity turned on, make sure you're using a game that's compatible with those features. the games are listed on the website, when you click the "?" icon next to the feature checkboxes.
  • solution 3: your file might just be corrupted or bad. usually, try to avoid downloading from sketchy looking sites because that's where you find most of these corrupted files.
  • solution 4: if you used mp3 to midi, then that can also be a reason your file is corrupted. avoid using mp3 to midi in general because they're inaccurate anyways.

try one of the following.

  • make sure you're copying the ENTIRE OUTPUT from MIDI2LUA with the "copy output" button. if you have a clipboard limit, try the next option.
  • convert your song into a loadstring via the website and copy the new output.

convert your song into a loadstring via the website and copy the new output.

pastefy recently had an error so all loadstrings that used pastefy might've broken.

how to fix:

  • simply reconvert the song in MIDI2LUA. please try this before contacting support. also, we have recently implemented a NEW loadstring handler, so your songs won't get deleted anymore! this was implement on AUGUST 15 so if your song was made before then, it's probably broken.

to avoid this issue in the future, do this (just in case):

  • save your midi files in a folder on your device, that way if a script breaks you can reconvert it!

restart Roblox and run as administrator.
